TERMS, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK, LIABILITY RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT THE ACTUAL NAME AND DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY (EVENT) FOR WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR OR PARTICIPATING IN, WILL REPLACE THE WORD "EVENT" WHEREVER THE WORD "EVENT" IS REFERENCED IN THIS DOCUMENT

Acknowledgement of Risk: I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the EVENT represented by this registration form. I recognize that the EVENT may involve risk of injury and I agree to accept any and all risks associated with the EVENT, including but not limited to property damage or loss, minor bodily injury, severe bodily injury, and death. Furthermore I recognize that participation in the EVENT involves activities and risks incidental thereto, including but not limited to, travel to and from the EVENT and the possible negligent or reckless conduct of other participants. I am voluntarily participating in the EVENT with the knowledge of the risks involved and hereby agree to accept any and all inherent risks of property damage, bodily injury, or death. Terms, Indemnification, Hold Harmless, and Release of Liability: In consideration of my participation in the EVENT (including a future EVENT scheduled due to postponement of the original EVENT) and to the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify, release and discharge, defend and hold harmless the EVENT and Be Kind Florida Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, vendors, sponsors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, damages, or liability arising out of or resulting from my participation in the activities of the EVENT, before, during and after the EVENT, and related activities held on the DATE and LOCATION indicated on the FORM, that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs or assigns, my guests, my invitees, regardless of the negligence of any person or entity named above. “Claim” as used in this agreement means any financial loss, claim, suit, action, damage, or expense, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or injury to or destruction of tangible property including loss of use resulting there from. I also understand that the EVENT and Be Kind Florida Inc. do not provide any medical or dental insurance or life insurance to cover bodily injury, illness or death, nor insurance for errors or omissions; and I acknowledge that I am completely responsible for my own insurance or other financial sources, to cover these expenses. I further understand that this acknowledgement of risk and hold harmless is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Florida and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, I agree that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. I agree that this release and acknowledgement of risk and hold harmless agreement is effective for as long as I participate in the EVENT and Be Kind Florida Inc. activities. If the EVENT is a Car Show, I hereby agree that my vehicle will be shown solely for display purposes and that I will not remove my vehicle until after the show. I agree to abide by all safety and security procedures applicable to the EVENT. I further declare that I carry insurance coverage for the vehicle that I have registered for the EVENT. In addition, I further agree to be responsible to clean up and make whatever repairs to the venue that becomes necessary as a result of any leakage of gas, oil, acid or any fluids from my vehicle(s).
