Some events may not require the car information - in that case select the "Do Not Have Car Information...." button

If for any reason, you are not able to access the form on the Web and would like a printed copy, call or email us (CONTACT-US) and we will either send you a form or we will enter the online information for you and then mail you the receipts.

When the form opens, it will show a starting total due amount equivalent to the Driver and the Vehicle Registration for the show. IF APPLICABLE, As you click on adding guests, the total will automatically update. Please be aware that if you RESET the form, everything you have entered will be cleared and you will have to re-enter everything.

If you indicate either a driver, or adult or child guests, the form will show additional fields for these people and will also tally the additional fee, if any. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE NAME OF THESE PEOPLE, then go back and change the quantities to ZERO. These name fields will then disappear.

You must accept the terms of service or any other agreement shown on the bottom or you will also receive an error upon submittal.

When you click on SUBMIT, you will see a VERIFICATION PAGE showing all the fields you entered to give you a chance to verify that all has been accurately entered.

Once you get to this verification page again you will see it has 3 buttons PRINT, EDIT, and CONFIRM:

EDIT - If you spot and error, the EDIT button will take you back to the form for you to correct and SUBMIT again.

PRINT - If you want a printed copy, of every field that you entered. The system will send you a confirmation email, but will not include the detailed fields.

CONFIRM - When you see that all is OK, click CONFIRM, you will then get a verification screen telling you that the form is on it's way and other things like how much to send, where to send it, the pay-to information, etc.   There is a close the window button on this page, click it or X to exit. The window will close and you will see the original web page from where you requested the form.

Shortly afterwards, you will receive an email repeating the same thing and confirming your registration. If you don't receive this confirmation email, it means that regardless of what the form just told you, we have not received anything and are unaware of your registration. YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT OFFICIALLY ACCEPTED until you receive the CONFIRMATION email from us.
